Purpose of your article (entertain, inform)	My article is writing to inform and entertain its target audience, about the band Farewell Atlantis, and will be based on an interview with the band members, and answering questions about how the band first got together, how tough its been, and how successful and far they have come.  It will also discuss gigs and their previous albums and ideas for a third album.
Narrative voice (1st, 2nd or 3rd person)	The Voice of the article will probably be in a 1st person voice considering it is an interview but it won’t be script stylised it will have the answers and will be expanded on.
Style (informal/formal)	In this magazine I will be using formal text with general use of colloquial phrases used by individuals who talk about this style of genre on a regular bases.
Language Use (colloquial,dialect, subject specific etc.)	In this magazine I will prevent the use of swear words and slang as it may not be clear to the audience what is meant in the article, but I may use the odd colloquial phrase and words just so it doesn’t seem to dull and puts off the audience.
